On 14 May 2026, District 32 and Masonicare were honoured to present a $10,000 cheque to the Leukaemia Foundation, marking the successful conclusion of the fundraising campaign.
This meaningful contribution reflects the collective dedication and generosity of the brethren of District 32, supporters from beyond the district, their families, and the wider community who contributed to the initiative.
Hope in Every Pin: Supporting Lives Touched by Leukaemia
During the presentation, Ms Loriann Tapia, representing the Leukaemia Foundation, expressed her sincere appreciation to the Freemasons within the jurisdiction for their generosity. She highlighted the significance of fundraising initiatives like this, noting that the donation will support essential services for families affected by blood cancer and contribute to ongoing research to improve treatment and care.
The Grand Master, MW Bro Khristian Albano, also shared insights into the charitable work of Freemasonry and Masonicare, emphasising their continued commitment to community service.
